VINIGAR STAIN ON TRAVERTINE FLOOR TILE
Mark,
I think you're saying you spilled vinegar on your travertine flooring.
This is common and most likely you will need a stone professional to come out and refinish the etch mark created when the acidic vinegar touched your travertine.
If you can feel the etch mark with your finger then it needs to be honed and polished depending on the finish of your travertine.
If you can't feel the etch mark with your finger, them maybe the stone guy can just use a polishing powder to polish the etch mark out.
We also sell a polishing powder for the home owner on our website. To the right of this page is the products page. Look for the MB-11.
MB-11 can remove light etching. If the etch mark is deeper, then you will need some refinishing done to remove the etch mark.
I hope this helps.
