Mildew Stain Remover
We recommend using a mildew stain remover when cleaning marble showers, travertine showers
or any shower for that matter.
Mildew stains in a shower can occur for few reasons, the number one reason being not being cleaned in a timely manner.
The second reason, the surface not having beeen sealed or the seal has run it's course.
If your natural stone or grout has had mildew stains for a while, there is no guarantee that this product
will remove the stains.
It may help, but if the mildew has grown too deep into the stone or grout, it may
not come out completely.
From our experience mildew stains do come off from the surface of marble and grout, but once it's starts to
grow deeper into the stone or grout, it's more difficult to remove.
Our recommendation is to clean all showers regularly and to use this mildew remover the second you see
the mildew begin to grow.
If applied soon after mildew occurrance, this product will kill the mildew immediately and reduce the
risk of permenant staining.
We also recommend using the Soap Scum Remover on a regular basis when cleaning your marble or any shower.
Using the Soap Scum Remover regularly will reduce the soap scum buildup that can be difficult to remove.
Cleaning your natural stone or tile shower regularly and using the products that work and are safe, will
help maintain the overall cleaniness and appearance of your shower.
Cleaning marble and travertine showers with products that work and that will not etch or damage the surface
of the tiles is essential to maintaing your natural stone investment.
