To whom it may concern:
Someone dropped hair color tint over the marble floor, and it was never taken out.
I would like to find out if there is a product that will allow me to remove this stains.
I was told to find out for acid remover. Will that be safe? What you recommend.
Awaiting your reply. Thank you in advance.

Rosa,
Don't use acid. This will make a mark on the marble tile that won't be able to remove.
You have two choices.
One is you can hire a tile guy to come replace the stained tiles, depending on if you can find the same marble for sale and how many tile you have.
Second you can try using a poultice. A poultice is something you make to apply to the stain and then allow to dry on the stained marble.
You will need a powder and a solvent like hydrogen peroxide or even acetone.
Mix the liquid with the powder to a peanut butter consistency and apply to the stained area. Let it dry for the rest of the day and remove the next day.
Now remove the poultice to see how much of the stained it removed. You may have to do this several times to really get the stain out.
Also, depending on what solvent you use, the marble tile may become dull and you may not be able to really remove all of the stain.
A stone professional can do this for you by honing the tile and then applying a poultice and then honing and polishing the marble once the stain is removed.
Hiring a stone professional or a tile guy will be expensive.
You can try it yourself first and see if you can make a difference.
I hope this helps. Use google to help you find poultice recipes and a step by step application.
It's not hard to do.
