Can a steam cleaner be used on marble tile floors?

I have a new marble tile, grouted floor in my bathroom.
Can I use a steam cleaner to clean the floor?
Donna,
I would say yes, you can use a steam cleaner on the marble floor and grout.
One thing to keep in mind is you will be breaking down whatever sealer was applied on the marble and grout with each use of your steamer.
I would recommend using a neutral cleaner for more frequent cleanings and use the steam cleaning for deep cleanings.
After your deep cleanings I would re-apply a penetrating sealer. This way you keep the marble and grout protected.
