We have some pitting in some of the tiles. Is there something we can use to fill the holes and make it look good
I see pitting mostly in travertine tile, but can the pitting can occur in any natural stone tile.
There are epoxies and polyester fills you can buy to fill these pits. I use a travertine filler to fill pits in travertine, because it's already pre-colored and is relatively easy to use.
The travertine filler is a polyester fill and all you have to do is mix in the hardener and fill the pit. I use a razor blade to level and if it settles after hardening, I add some more and level again.
Very easy. Google travertine filler and order online. Pretty inexpensive and if you have travertine, you will need from time to time.
I like the Tenax brand, but there are others that are just as good.
