We use PayPal to process all our online purchases. It's not necessary to have an account with PayPal
but you will be offered to become a member if you are not already a member.
The good thing about becoming a member, is that your personal information is stored securely
which makes online shopping convenient. Using PayPal to make online purchases is safe and
secure and with millions of members worldwide.
If your order ships to a California location, the sales tax will automatically be calculated for the rate in your city or county.
We will ship you orders the same day (if you order them in the morning) or the next day (if you order them in the afternoon.
If there are any delays, we will let you know promptly.
All orders will be shipped using Fed Ex ground. For delivery times to your area, consult the outbound
At this time we do not offer any international orders.
If we have made a mistake on your order, the return shipping will be graciously paid. Otherwise
return shipping is your responsibility and a 15% stocking fee is applied.
All products bought from this website are the responsibility of the buyer. Any damage done to natural stone
or tile and grout from misuse of the products are the sole responsibility of the user. It is our recommendation
to always test the products in an inconspicouos location.
