	About Us Hello and welcome to our website. I hope you find it helpful and return for the useful information regarding natural stone and tile and grout. I’m constantly updating the site with natural stone and tile and grout information and will soon have products for sale. Me (Pedro) and my wife (Marielos) started cleaning and sealing natural stone, tile and grout in 2006, the same year we were married. Chris my brother started on with us in 2008 and has been an integral part of our success. We have learned so much since cleaning that first floor, and continue to learn from our experiences and from formal trainings. While I was working on my master’s degree in geology, I started using the rock lab to cut rocks in half and polishing them for hand specimens, and subsequently using them for book ends. I enjoyed polishing rocks and thought someday I would open a rock shop. The rock shop hasn’t opened yet, but I still love to polish stone, and now I do it professionally in my shop and customer’s homes. I’ve had a passion for geology most of my adult life and it continues to this day. Polishing rocks and polishing floors and counters are very different in many ways, but I’ve taken the time to educate myself from some of the best in the stone restoration industry. Every floor we clean or restore has its unique challenges, and one of the reasons I love what I do. I continue to experiment with different sealers on everything from granite to sandstone. I know I can’t just trust any sealer on the market or any website that says their sealer is of the highest quality, so I buy and test in my shop. I want to provide my customers with the best protection for their investment, so I continue to test different sealers on different stones in different environments. We are located in San Jose, CA, but clean tile and grout and natural stone surfaces throughout the south bay, penisula, and even find ourselves in the San Ramon Valley from time to time.
